Consultants’ services Consultants can include: Planning Supervisor, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering, Acoustic Engineer; Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Landscape and Garden Design, Civil Engineering, Town Planning, Furniture Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design.If a consultant is required to undertake part of the project, the consultant shall be selected with the client's knowledge and approval, and it is recommended appointed directly by the client. Where the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations apply, the appointment of the CDM Co-ordinator must be made directly by the client.This list is not exhaustive and is intended only to illustrate a number of the consultants who can make up the DesignTeam.
