A large one off residential dwelling close to the welsh borders. We were employed by opur client to provide a planning and building regulations service only.
Our client, as self builder, was enthusiatic about green issues, hidden behind this traditional facade is a super insulated dwelling, with underfloor heating generated by a ground source heat pump.
