Our service can be tailored to your requirements. We generally take on schemes after planning, working them up to a building regulation and construction drawing package. If required we will also help with the monitoring of construction on site, this can be included within our initial fee or charged at an hourly rate as needed.

We are able to work alongside any size of company. As a small to medium size developer or builder you may want to employ our services in full or larger companies may simply want us to develop house types, whatever the project we can help.

We are able to offer our services directly to your client or as part of a Design and Build scheme.
